I highly recommend Doug Downer and his Reliable Painters company. As the president of Gentle Winds HOA we chose Reliable Painters to tackle a difficult exterior siding paint job. It involved scraping delaminated boards and matching paint. We had the additional challenge of painting two large buildings that were three stories high. We obtained three bids.

Doug won the job and did everything he claimed he would do in the time frame he promised.  We were most impressed with his communication skills. He kept us updated throughout the process.
